Symptom narrative

Pt had redness and swelling to left arm beginning 8/20/2025 the day after the injection. The redness and swelling increased over the next few days. Mom gave Tylenol and Motrin. Mom sts it took about a week to resolve. Mom did not mention the reaction to provider until 9/25/25.
