Symptom narrative

Pt reports sharp throbbing pain going through to her neck and causing headaches since receiving vaccines on 9/24/25. She has tried taking aleve/advil pm, which dulls the pain a little but pain reoccurs. She describes worst pain (10/10) - hard to sleep or lay down, worse at night. She sleeps on that right side. Pt was evaluated by physician and given ketorolac 30 mg IM injection on 10/1/25.
