Symptom narrative

Patient experienced a brief vasovagal episode during which he felt warm, sweaty, faint, nauseated. Interventions including position change, vitals signs, exam, blood glucose check and monitoring by medical staff. Patient remained in communication with medical staff for the entirety of the episode. No loss of consciousness, no angioedema. Episode resolved. Patient reports resolution of symptoms within 10 minutes. Patient states this has happened to him in the past when he got a tattoo.
