Symptom narrative

Patient reported feeling fine immediately after the shot, but in the middle of the night (about 12 hours later) woke from her sleep with severe gas pains in her stomach, and a general feeling of bloat. She took Gas-X and it relieved the issue. She then reported the following day, experiencing back pain and soreness from her lower back up to her shoulders.
