Symptom narrative

Patient received vaccine, then 3 rashes came up next day, one over immunization site and 2 others around the area in the upper arm. All of them were swollen and hard, stayed for about 3 days, and then started to subside afterwards. Patient reported adverse reaction to pharmacy one week later, symptoms; localized symptoms already subsided. Patient did not seek treatment and condition has resolved.
