Symptom narrative

13 min post reaction, patient reported sudden onset dizziness/vertigo and HA; VSS. POCT blood glucose 117. Hadn't eaten prior to visit, snack provided just before injection. Resolved with rest, laying down, juice, and cool washcloth s/p ~1430.

Current illness

denies illness. Of note, reported similar vertigo and HA a week prior; never evaluated for this. prior to vaccination, no Sx reported.
