Symptom narrative

Recieved hep b vaccine in left arm about 630pm. Minutes after leaving pharmacy sweating and intense dizziness began. Vomited and laid down from feeling faint from dizziness. Migraine / painful headache . All of that happened with 5-15 minutes of injection. Swelling in tongue and throat on set and Benadryl was taken as withe tylenol. Face looked puffy. Swelling Improved after Benadryl. Around two hours after vaccine when looking at injection site it was hot to the touch, still had a burning sensation the same as while being injected, hive and a rash were present. Very itchy. Went to sleep. Woke up about 12 hours after injection and face/neck especially eyes were swollen. Hot and cold chills and flu like symptoms with fever. Took Benadryl and Tylenol. Swollen appearance and fever improved. Painful headache, sweating, and hot/cold chills continued for about six hours. Injection site extremely sore with burning sensation still present/ hive and rash still present with extreme itchiness. Called primary care and was seen at 2 pm (about 20 hours after vaccine).
