APROXIMATELY 30 MINUTES AFTER VACCINATION, PT STARTED COUGH. PROGRESSIVELY WORSENED, THEN HER THROAT FELT LIKE SHE HAD STREPT THROAT (FELT LIKE SHE WAS TRYING TO "SWOLLOW A GOLFBALL" VERY PAIN. PT TOOK 50MG OF DIPHENHYDRAMINE AND WENT TO AN URGENT CARE
