Patient went to sign for vaccination after receiving and started having symptoms. Patient was sat down and monitored (pulse) until ambulance arrived. Reaction occurred within 2 minutes of vaccination being given. Symptoms started subsiding (outside of high blood pressure) around 15 minutes after vaccination. Symptoms: Shortness of breath, difficulty breathing, labored breathing, chest pain, back pain, dizziness.
Unsure at this time. Sounds like potentially arthritis.
Not sure as patient was taken to hospital and I have no fill history of medications. Sounds like potentially arthritis (patient said covid-19 vaccine from 2021 made that worse and caused worsening joint pain)
She does not pick up medications at our pharmacy so I am not sure what she was taking at time of vaccination. She did mention taking a blood pressure medication this morning (day of vaccination)
I know patient had a very bad reaction to the COVID-19 Vaccination in 2021 (pain all in joints etc, PT stated that it intensified arthritis). That is the only allergy I know of for this patient.
