On 10/01/2025, provider was notified by phone by patient's mother that patient had hives at injection site approximately 13 hours after administration. Patient was seen at 2:20 PM on that day for follow-up evaluation. Provider documented that patient had a few pustules on buttocks that might be unrelated since patient wears pull-ups. Patient stated that the areas on both thighs itches. Liquid prednisone prescribed.
