Symptom narrative

Hoarseness after 15m + after injection, increasing to swelling in throat. Did not note hives or redness at injection site. Employee was sent to the ED to see a provider. Provider saw patient and administered medicine and kept employee for observation. Employee went home after cleared to do so. Employee was able to work her shift the next day.
