Symptom narrative

Became lightheaded, and hot. Rash noted around the injection site and continued up the neck and chest. Taken to ER for evaluation, treated with NS 1000cc, Methylprednisolone IVP 125 mg, diphenhydramine IVP 25 mg and famotidine IVP 20 mg. Symptoms improved and she was discharged home.
