Symptom narrative

On 8/6/2025 a small red vesicle appeared causing itchiness, redness and swelling of the small finger of left hand, it healed and resolved in 5 days. On 8/18/2025 many vesicles appeared at night on the exterior lateral border of left hand with same characteristics as before, resolving in 5 days like the previous one. On 9/16/2025 swelling, redness, rash of ride face, with local heath sensation, generalized joint pain and lower back pain. Took Valacyclovir 1 gr, BID during the last episode only.
