Child became ill with fever and began having seizures. Was given child Tylenol and fever was surprised but seizure movements persisted. Child was coherent but unable to speak. Child developed rash and measles symptoms 2 days after vaccine date. Child developed sensory issues and was rocking when in motion or to sleep. Sensitive to light changes and sound. Child was speaking prior to adverse event but stopped speaking after and is in speech class now still today 2 years later. His speech is developing slowly and he has trouble with emotional regulation and focus.

We discussed events and Symptoms after vaccine date. However, we did not receive a visit summary and were dismissed with no instructions or continued care.
