She got the flu vaccine a week ago and had a band aid on it and noticed the redness 2 days ago. Dad noticed redness and induration under the band aid. Red, moist, round papule with blistering appearance on right upper leg, size of a quarter, not indurated, without much surrounding redness, with tenderness to touch
