Symptom narrative

patient received flu shot on 09/24/25. 3 days later area became very hard, hot and swollen. on 09/28/25 appeared bruised and looks like blood is pooling just above elbow. bruise appeared on her upper back (shoulder area) as well. patient saw doctor on 10/01/25 and was given an antibiotic in case of any infection and told to take tylenol.
