Symptom narrative

Starting about 2 days post vaccination, patient started to experience a dagger pain under arm near rib cage and also unable to straighten his neck.

peripheral vascular disease, diabetes, BPH, herpes viral infection (takes preventative)

tamsulosin, valacyclovir, clopidogrel, metformin ER, lisinopril

Patient went to ER on 9/27/25 and was given a muscle relaxer but minimal relief. Also taking tylenol over the counter as needed.
