This case involves a 70 years old female patient who stated that they still feel like their dreamy self, noting that when they move their head back and forth, they lose balance, stated that they have since been experiencing dizziness, stated that they have since been experiencing lethargy, slight headache and mentioned not feeling right, and feeling queasy after receiving Influenza Usp Trival A-B High Dose Subvirion Vaccine [Fluzone Hd]. The patient's past medical history, medical treatment(s), vaccination(s) and family history were not provided. The patient's past vaccination(s) included RSV Vaccine and had pain right up to the neck area and felt like they can't move my neck. Concomitant medications included Pneumococcal vaccine conj 20v (CRM197) (Prevnar 20) for Immunisation. On 27-Sep-2025, the patient received 0.5ml dose 1 of suspect Influenza Usp Trival A-B High Dose Subvirion Vaccine (once) Suspension for injection in pre-filled syringe (Strength high dose), lot UT8794CA and unknown expiry date via unknown route in the left arm for immunisation. On an unknown date in 2025, the patient stated that they still feel like [their] dreamy self (dreamy state) (unknown latency); have since been experiencing dizziness (dizziness); when they move their head back and forth, they lose balance (balance disorder); experiencing lethargy (lethargy); slight headache (headache) and not feeling right, and feeling queasy (nausea) (unknown latency). Reportedly, Patient clarified that they have not been vomiting. However, they stated that they \"still feel like their dreamy self and that they don't feel right. Patient also mentioned that despite their dizziness, they have been eating fine, exercising, walking, and driving [their] car. They also stated that they were looking forward to interacting with some scientist to discuss their symptoms with them and maybe utilize the information they collect for research. They emphasized that they never had a similar reaction to any vaccine shot in the past, stating that those vaccines were not like this.Patient also said that their healthcare provider could not see them until next month and that they were advised to go to Eemergency Room if it keeps showing up. They noted checking with the administering pharmacist who had assessed their blood pressure, which they described to be great. Action taken was not applicable. No corrective treatment was received for all the events. At time of reporting, the outcome was Unknown for all the events.
