Symptom narrative

Patient received his flu vaccine on 9/30/2025 in his L thigh. He was quite limpy that night, more than he ever has been from any vaccine before. An unusual amount of soreness. Yesterday at recess he got hit by a basketball, more on his knee. His thigh is swollen, pink, warm to the touch. Today is the worst it has looked. Maybe swelling is down a touch.
