A patient received the 1st dose of Shingrix in 2019 and never completed the series; This non-serious case was reported by a pharmacist via call center representative and described the occurrence of incomplete course of vaccination in a 85-year-old female patient who received Herpes zoster (Shingrix) for prophylaxis. Previously administered products included Shingrix (1st dose in 2019 from batch number 3P25J with expiry date 21-SEP-2021). The patient did not receive the 2nd dose of Shingrix. The patient experienced incomplete course of vaccination (Verbatim: A patient received the 1st dose of Shingrix in 2019 and never completed the series). The outcome of the incomplete course of vaccination was not applicable.
