Symptom narrative

Dizzy early AM next morning (9/30/2035) after vaccine. 1 event severe. I was fine the rest of day. 10/1/2025 woke up during night very dizzy, had trouble walking to bathroom. Vertigo continue most of the morning. Subsided in afternoon. totally gone by evening. Started again the next night (10/1/25) not as bad but I was still unsteady. Improved throughout the day. 10/2/2025 had vertigo when lying down on bed. It continued off and continues the next morning, 10/3/2025. I fear it will not resolve.
