Symptom narrative

~ 24 hours after injection, developed large local reaction,. persists today, 4 days after injection. On exam today, just over 4 in diam, indurated, warm, and itchy. No pain, no fever. Does not appear infected. Advised cool compress, Tylenol/Motrin PRN, May try Zyrtec and/or Benadryl, topical hydrocortisone cream or Benadryl cream PRN
