Symptom narrative

Pt had swelling in the right arm after vaccine with Comirnaty. Pt did not have and redness ,fever , or soreness. Is causing no problems to her but is about the size of a golf ball. Is not hard but has a defined shape. Has been there for almost 2 years now and pt come in today to get another vaccine and wanted to make sure that it was reported. this was not her first pfizer covid vaccine we think around doe 3-5
