Symptom narrative

Pt experienced pain in the injection site of the left arm radiating to the neck and stomach, dizziness, and headache the night of she received the injection. Pt went to the hospital and was informed by ER doctor that the reactions were more than likely from the flu vaccine. Most symptoms have resovled however she complains of soreness in her arm.
