Symptom narrative

Around 10:20 PM I experienced a sudden episode of tachycardia. I took my blood pressure and it was 145/140 my pulse rate was 165 bpm. I experienced pressure in my chest and in my head. I did the vasal Vegus maneuver several times and the blood pressure dropped to. 119/69 with a pulse of 70 bpm. I also experienced intermittent cardiac palpitations and congestion in my chest and a cough. My arm was very painful and hot to the touch around the vaccination site.
