Patient received 2 vaccines. One was Gardasil and the other was Boostrix. I put the band-aid on and was taking off my gloves. I saw her quickly go limp and fall over from the chair and onto the floor. She was out for about 30 seconds to 1 minute. We called 911 and paramedics came out to check her out. She said she felt okay but her skin was white and she said she was hot and dizzy a few seconds before she passed out. She had hit her brow on the floor and there were a couple drops of blood but no swelling or bruising. She did not want to go to the hospital and when she felt okay I walked her out to the car. She is going to follow up with a doctor today. I called this morning to check on her and she said she is feeling okay but is still going to get checked by her doctor.
