Symptom narrative

A patient states she was given a covid shot in the top front of her shoulder bone. She reports shoulder pain started the next morning. She cannot move or use her right arm as a result. She went to an urgent care for the pain and was given a Medrol dose pack and over the counter Voltaren gel for the pain. She is on the second day of the medrol pack and reports no improvement.
