Symptom narrative

Patient received 3 vaccines: HD-Flu, mNexspike and Arexvy. She waited the mandatory 15 minutes after the vaccines and left without incident. She called 2 hours later and noticed a rash on her face. Advised her to take Benadryl, and if it didn't help or gets worse to call her doctor. Arexvy is the only new vaccine to her.
