Syncope

Symptom narrative

Patient experienced fainting about ten minutes after receiving the vaccines. Comfort measures provided. Patient regain normalcy a few seconds after the episode. Patient was observed for about 20 minutes before leaving. Patient was conscious, oriented, and denied any other symptoms before leaving the facility. Patient refused evaluation by medic. Patient was educated on signs and symptoms and to contact 911 if experiencing any medical emergency. Vital signs were BP: 108/64 and HR: 77 before leaving.
