Symptom narrative

Flair of my pmr neck, shoulders, hips, back ,leg pain. I have increased prednisone to 15 mg. No relief yet.

Current illness

PMR Polymialgia Rheumatica. 2plus years. Finally able to taper to 5 mg

Medical history

PMR. I was given flu, shingles and rec vaccines at same time, same day.

Other medications

Amlodipene 5 mg x1day, celebrex 2x day, Bupropion 2xday, prednisone 5 mg 1xday, estradiol patch and cream, omeprazole 20 mg 2xday
