Patients Mother came in with her daughter stating she had a reaction to the vaccine given on 10/02/2025. Patient presented with a red rash from injection site down to above elbow. Patients mother stated it was warm to touch and somewhat hard. Patient stated is was somewhat painful. Mother was advised to get Benadryl and tylenol, also advised to see Md
