Symptom narrative

Arrhythmia, nausea, palpitations. Chest tightness, Started during sleep. Took two ibuprofen 200mg in the morning. Restarted around 6pm after 5 hours of work. Took ibuprofen again at 7pm. Other contributors: one alcoholic drink on 10/2, followed by two famotidine 20mg, interrupted sleep, 1.5mi walk on 10/3.
