Symptom narrative

2022 about 5 days after getting Covid vaccine my blood pressure shot up to 180/110 and could not be controlled by hypertension meds.. Last year 4-5 days after covid vaccine, I was hospitalized with hypertensive crisis and irregular heart rythem. On 10/02/2025, my heart rate shot up to 230 using the treadmill and then I began having irregular heartbeats (arythmia). The arythimia is continuing and I got dizzy and short of breath on 10/03/2025 and went to Emergency Room and had multiple tests. I was told to go see my cardiologist asap.
