Symptom narrative

Post vaccination patient complained of severe pain around the injection site that limited his range of motion. Patient described his pain as "nerve pain". Stated the pain was getting better after less than 24 hours (9/22/25). Patient stated pain was almost completely gone 72 hours post injection (9/24/25). Patient did not wish to see a doctor. Patient called pharmacy on 10/3 and stated pain had returned. Was advised to see a doctor.
