Symptom narrative

Woke up with strong muscle pain in low back. Took Tylenol through the day but pain persisted. The next day pain persisted and I had great difficulty walking and getting up and down. The third day, pain had lessened but now I feel like I have a pinched nerve in my lower back, making some movements excruciating. The pinched nerve is likely unrelated to the vaccine, but I believe the lower back pain is probably related to the COVID shot. I?ve had muscle aches from previous COVID vaccines, but never this bad.
