Symptom narrative

pt had vasovagal syncope, pt was laid gently on the ground(she was previously sitting in a chair when it occured, after all vaccines were administered), she awoke with in seconds and jumped up, pt was clammy, and we had her sit back in the chair and put her head between her legs and provided cool compresses to pressure points. she said she had not eaten prior to vaccines after this occured
