Symptom narrative

Erythema and swelling, left upper extremity, extending from shoulder to elbow with swelling, esp towards elbow. Sx started evenin g of the vaccine, worsened for about 48 hours, then started improving. Very minimal sx remaining at time of eval on 9/30/25. No signs of cellulitis.

Asthma, allergic rhinitis, GERD, vit D deficiency, hyperlipidemia, R TMJ disorder, IBS, rosacea

Other medications

Advair, Airsupra, Cologen, Fexofenidine, Fluticasone, Magnesium, Melatonin, Vitamin V12, Vitamin D

Allergies

Keflex, Bactrim, Yeast, Amox, Biaxin, Prevnar21 (added after this reaction being reported), Shingrix
