Symptom narrative

Patient reports extreme fatigue, intense pain off and on from left shoulder to hip, and some dizziness, continuing from 10/1/25 to today, 10/5/2025. She had such intense shocks of pain today that she dropped a can. I recommended that she go to ER , Urgent Care or contact her provider via the answering service today, but it didn't sound like she would be doing so. She does plan to see her provider tomorrow.
