Symptom narrative

Patient felt dizzy/lightheaded after vaccines. Had made it out to the parking lot of the church where we did the vaccine clinic and then fainted. Said she had had dizziness after vaccines prior but had never fainted. It was probably a matter of ten minutes between when she received the vaccine and when she fainted in the parking lot. She came to right away and stayed laying down for about ten minutes. Her blood pressure was 100/70, she said she does not know what it normally is.
