Symptom narrative

After CPHT administered both Flucelvax and Spikevax the patient had to be assisted to floor as they were showing signs of dizziness and unsteadiness on feet. Customer was then assisted to chair. Legs were elevated for next 10-15 minutes. Blood Pressure was checked by DPH at 11:30am (97mmgHg/71 mmHg) and 11:40am (110/67). Hydration was given via oral route (Powerade). Customer felt better after about 20-30 min. Patient left on own with parents and sibling.
