Patient reported feeling "war and woozy" shortly after the vaccine was administered, she was offered water and to stay seated until she felt better. The door of the room being used was open, both parents were present and stayed with her for a few minuets, decided it was ok to leave and quickly came back and knocked on the door saying she was having issues . She was seated in a chair while the immunizer went to get the pharmacist, who had the immunizer call EMS.

Paramedics arrived on scene quickly and took patients vitals and eventually moved her on a stretcher to the outside of the pharmacy. Per a follow up conversation with the mother on 10/04/25 they did not transport the patient to any medical facility, that she was feeling better and they took her home as all her vitals were normal. They reported they have a follow up appointment with the patients pediatrician on Monday 10/06/25.
