patient came to the pharmacy today on 10/05/2025 to alert me that the following wednesday after he received his vaccine on 9/19/2025 a small bump came up about the size of a marble and has not gone away. patient stated he was unsure if the bump has changed size just that is hasn't gone away. the patient did not report any other adverse/side effects. the patient has not been seen by a provider about it, i counseled him to contact his primary care provider or go to an urgent care.
