Patient presented with swollen lymph nodes in the armpit area and a few rash on the chest. There was no visible redness on the site of injection.

HYPERLIPIDEMIA, INSOMNIA, CHRONIC PAIN (LOWER BACK)

BUSPIRONE, SIMVASTATIN, OXYCODONE/APAP, TRAZODONE

Allergies

NSAID, PENICILLIN, TETRACYCLINE, SYMPATHOMIMETICS

Patient went to urgent care and was given 5 day course of Prednisone and Triamcinolone 0.5% cream
