Incomplete course of vaccination

Symptom narrative

received Shingrix shot #1 on 01-Nov-2021 but has yet to receive dose #2; This non-serious case was reported by a consumer via call center representative and described the occurrence of incomplete course of vaccination in a 57-year-old male patient who received Herpes zoster (Shingrix) for prophylaxis. Previously administered products included Shingrix (received 1st dose on 01-Nov-2021). The patient did not receive the 2nd dose of Shingrix. The patient experienced incomplete course of vaccination (Verbatim: received Shingrix shot #1 on 01-Nov-2021 but has yet to receive dose #2).
