Symptom narrative

9 year old actually got administered the Bexsero; This non-serious case was reported by a nurse via call center representative and described the occurrence of inappropriate age at vaccine administration in a 9-year-old female patient who received Men B NVS (Bexsero) (batch number 7MN4C) for prophylaxis. On 30-SEP-2025, the patient received Bexsero. On 30-SEP-2025, an unknown time after receiving Bexsero, the patient experienced inappropriate age at vaccine administration (Verbatim: 9 year old actually got administered the Bexsero). The outcome of the inappropriate age at vaccine administration was not applicable.
