Symptom narrative

Gave a shot too low into the left arm and most likely hit a blood vessel. Patient came back a few days later on 10/05/25 for ask about the excessive bruising that was spreading. Patient did not go to any urgent care or hospital, but as the administrator recommended to urgent care for a provider to evaluate the bruising since it is spreading
