coronary artery disease, hyperlipidemia, pre diabetes (elevated A1C), cardiac arrest July 2024 with subsequent cardiac pacemaker placement.

Other medications

atorvastatin 40 mg, aspirin 81 mg, isosorbide mononitrate 60 mg, multivitamin, famotidine 20 mg, cetirizine 10 mg, vitamin D3 20 mcg, vitamin D3 1000 units, calcium 600 mg.
