Symptom narrative

A few hours after receiving dosage I started experiencing involuntary muscle twitching/spasms in my left arm near bicep muscle. I received injection on my right arm. The spasms continued for 36 hours. I thought perhaps I didn?t drink enough water and was low on electrolytes but I?m not sure. It felt strange and have not experienced this before after previous COVID vaccinations.
