received a dose of Shingrix yesterday that expired on 15-Aug-2025; This non-serious case was reported by a nurse via call center representative and described the occurrence of expired vaccine used in a 52-year-old male patient who received Herpes zoster (Shingrix) (batch number GY559, expiry date 15-AUG-2025) for prophylaxis. On 18-SEP-2025, the patient received Shingrix. On 18-SEP-2025, an unknown time after receiving Shingrix, the patient experienced expired vaccine used (Verbatim: received a dose of Shingrix yesterday that expired on 15-Aug-2025). The outcome of the expired vaccine used was not applicable. Additional Information: GSK Receipt Date: 19-SEP-2025 Reporter stated that patient received a dose of Shingrix yesterday that expired on 15-Aug-2025.
