Syncope

Symptom narrative

Patient fainted on his way out the door no head trauma. He was placed in a room gave him some water and a snack, he was also fasting that day. He remember everything. Physical exam was negative. He left the office about 30 mins later walking by himself. Oriented to call us back if any concerns or changes.
